To make a purchase it is not necessary to have an account on the Vientos Vintage website, you can make purchases as a guest without registering. However, remember that you must indicate your shipping address and a valid email to contact you and inform you of the status of your order. Your data will be protected under the data protection law in force in the European Union, if you want to know more about how we treat your data you can consult our Terms and Conditions page.
You can make the payment of your purchase with your debit or credit card (via Stripe) by selecting the appropriate option or if you prefer, you can pay with your PayPal account.
If you have questions about payment methods, or your card is not among the options, please contact us and we will try to resolve the problem ASAP.
We are launching discount promotions that will be applied to your purchase at the Vientos Vintage store. On the product page you can find the box to enter your promotional code, in case you forget to do so, we remind you also on the summary page prior to payment 🙂
If you experience any technical incident in the store or making the payment, please contact us describing the problem and indicating when the purchase occurred so that we can resolve it as soon as possible.

We deliver our products through Correos España, offering 2 modalities: Standard Shipping (default option) with normal priority (2-3 working days once shipped) and Express Shipping with urgent priority (24H once shipped. * shipments are made on working days).
- The maximum delivery time of an order will be indicated in the section shipping orders, this calculation will begin the day following the confirmation of payment. We will punctually inform the customer in the event of a delay, due to exceptional circumstances, in the delivery of the piece or pieces.
- The postage will be paid by the customer except in the case that the product was defective. In case of defective product, you must inform us of the defects in the first 5 days after receipt.
- Shipping prices will be indicated in your shopping cart and may vary depending on the buyer’s location options. The shipping price will be itemized in the final purchase note.

We are currently shipping to: Spain Peninsular*, countries of the European Union (EU), Brasil, Canada, Chile, U.S.A., Mexico, United Kingdom (UK).(*We do not deliver to Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla right now)
